* All items are brand new unless otherwise notified.

* Orders shall be made through to mpenterprisemkt@gmail.com.

* Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable.

* MaksymPolly will not responsible for any delay, loss or damage that incurred during delivery period.

* Status of order will send to customers via e-mail or sms.

* Price is inclusive of handling and delivery within semenanjung Malaysia (except Sabah & Sarawak).

Payment

* Item will only be delivery upon receipt of full payment been made.

* No reservation will be entertained without deposit payment.

Delivery

* Item will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days via Poslaju.

* MaksymPolly will only initiate a contact with Poslaju if the item is found missing during delivery. Request for follow-up or arrangement for re-delivery and self-collection will not be entertained. Customers shall make their own arrangement with Poslaju by calling them at 1-300-300-300.

* COD (cash on delivery) only can be made at Klang Valley area only.
